THE PROCESS OF BUILDING
Initial Appointment.
Before we begin, we always start off with an initial consult meeting to get to know you, what you're looking for, budget, design, etc. This is also the time to tell us ALL your ideas, so we can get a good idea of your must haves!
Experience your home virtually. After we get all of your ideas, we begin building your house- virtually! This gives you the opportunity to see what your design choices look like, and make any changes before we begin building your dream home.
Build, Build, Build. After you do your virtual tour, and finalize your design with our team, it's time to start the process of building your dream home. This is the longest part of the process, but it's the most exciting. You get to see your home come to life!
Final Touches. Once your house is built, it's time to finalize your finishing touches! All of these things are completely customizable to you. Some examples of final touches include paint color, flooring, cabinets, etc.
WELCOME HOME. This is the best part of the process- you finally get to take home the keys to your dream house!
