How long does it take to build a house?

One Year. While this number varies greatly depending on different factors, we like to tell people to leave one year from initial design to handing over the keys.
How much does it cost to build a home?

$150 to $400 /sqft. Again, this number largely depends on a lot of different factors. High end design choices, the layout of home, along with numerous other things, can all increase the cost of a home.
